Terms & Conditions

1. Orders & Payment
All orders must be placed through our website or approved direct channels. We accept PayPal, checks, and money orders. Payment must be received before production begins.

2. 3D Printed & Custom Items
All items are made-to-order. Standard 3D printed items take approximately 4–5 weeks from order to delivery. Custom designs require 5–6 weeks for design approval, printing, and shipping. 3D printing is an art, not an exact science; each piece is carefully crafted.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship domestically (U.S.) and internationally via UPS and USPS. Delivery times vary:

• Domestic: 3–7 business days after shipment

• International: 2–4 weeks depending on customs and carriers
  Delays may occur during peak seasons (October–December). Tracking information is provided for all orders.

4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted, especially for custom items. Damaged items during shipping will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis; photos and proof of damage are required.

5. Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be canceled or modified before printing begins. Once production starts, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Custom items cannot be canceled after design approval and production initiation.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, 3D files, and artwork remain the property of Toy Cave Collectibles unless explicitly sold. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or sell digital files without written permission.

7. Liability
Toy Cave Collectibles is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our products.
