How long will it take to receive my 3D printed order?
Standard 3D print orders typically take 4–5 weeks. This includes printing, quality inspection, packaging, shipping, and delivery.

What if I want a custom item that doesn’t already exist?
For custom creations (new file design and 3D printing), please allow 5–6 weeks. This covers concept design, render approval, printing, inspection, and delivery.

Do you provide updates during the process?
Yes! We’ll keep you informed at key stages (design approval, print progress, and shipping) so you know exactly where your order stands.

Why does it take several weeks?
Each item is printed to order, inspected for quality, and packaged with care. Custom files require additional design and approval time before printing begins.
